  1. 400 gramsPasta
  2. 2 cupLeek, chopped
  3. 3 cupPomodori pelati (whole tomatoes)
  4. 2 tbspOlive oil
  5. 1 cupFeta cheese, crumbled
  6. 1Salt
  7. 1Pepper

  1. 1

    Boil the water and cook the pasta according to package instructions

    In a pan, add olive oil, leek and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

    Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes

    Mix the pasta with the sauce, serve and sprinkle the feta cheese on top.
