Kimchi Miso Hot Pot

I created this recipe because I wanted to use kimchi powder.
For our family, it's a necessity to add onions to a hotpot.
For those people who like spicy food, increase the amount of kimchi base. If you add more miso, it makes the soup mild. I tried adding touchijan instead of miso, and it was also tasty. Recipe by Nekutamu

Steps
- 1
Heat sesame oil (not listed) in a pot, and fry the sliced garlic. When fragrant, add the pork and onion, and stir-fry. When it's mostly cooked through, add the kimchi base, and continue stir-frying.
- 2
Add the ● ingredients to Step 1. When it starts to boil, skim the scum, and add your preferred vegetables. Cabbage, Chinese cabbage, Chinese chives, mushrooms, etc, to your liking! (I added cabbage, bean sprouts, lion's mane mushrooms, tofu, and carrot in the photo).
- 3
It's also tasty with Chinese chives. Rice porridge at the end is also delicious!
- 4
I used chicken wings, Chinese cabbage, onions, and carrots. It made a great dashi soup. I used 1 1/2 onions, so the soup became a little sweet.
