Ingredients

6 servings
  • 100 gramsGround pork
  • 1 tsp●Miso
  • 1/2 tsp●Cooking sake
  • 1/2 tsp●Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp●Grated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp●Grated ginger
  • 1Panko
  • 1 tbsp☆White flour
  • 1tiny bit ☆The leftover egg after making tamagoyaki
  • 1/2 tsp☆Katakuriko
  • 1 pinch☆Salt
  • 3to 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    I used the batter leftovers from "usatarou's" Isobe Fries -. The ingredients used are marked ☆.

    Mix the ground pork with ● flavoring ingredients. You don't need to leave it for too long, maybe about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Divide the meat mixture from Step 2 into the portion sizes you want and form into balls. Flatten and coat with the coating from Step 1, and cover with panko.

    Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Tilt the frying pan and shallow-fry the pork fritters.

    They are done if the juices run clear when you poke into one with a skewer, just like hamburgers. Bon appetit!
