Amaranth chikki
Steps

Take a pan. Put jaggery in it on high flame. Stir continuously until the jaggery melts.

When then jaggery melts add rajgira seeds (amaranth) and mix continously on low flame for about 2 mins
- 3
Put the mixture in a mold or also you can place it in a plate and press a little so that it becomes flat. Enjoy this winter special healthy amaranth chikki.
