Fuu-chan's Egg Sandwich

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

When I think about egg sandwiches, nothing compares to the sweetness of this one. The salty mayonnaise and boiled egg kind of sandwich is also good, but please give this sweet mayonnaise and scrambled egg sandwich a try. It's a taste you just can't get enough of!!!

The sweetness is to taste, but I think it's the tastiest when it's on the sweet side. Be careful not to burn the eggs, even though it's a bit more aromatic that way. I recommend using soft bread rather than hard. By the way, I used Yamazaki Double Soft cut in half for the sandwich in the picture. Recipe by Pokuchan

Steps

  1. 1

Spread a thin layer of margarine on the bread and set aside. Mix together the eggs, sugar, and salt.

  2. 2

In a lightly oiled frying pan, scramble the eggs while being careful not to burn them. When they're about halfway cooked, turn off the heat and thoroughly mix the mayonnaise with the egg.

  3. 3

Sandwich the egg mixture in the bread and cut the sandwiches into easy-to-eat pieces. The sweet, soft, just-cooked egg is a big hit with children. They're even good for a lunch box when cooled.
