1/2Avocado
1/2of one leaf Cabbage
2to 3 teaspoons Mayonnaise
3 tspWhite roasted sesame seeds

Steps

Cut the avocado and cabbage into 8 mm cubes.

Boil the egg and mash while still hot. Combine with the mayonnaise and salt and pepper.

Mix together the mixtures from steps 1 and 2 and the sesame seeds.

Spread margarine on the English muffins and make sandwiches using the avocado egg mixture.
