Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrefined flour
  2. As neededghee
  3. 1 tspkasuri methi
  4. 1 tspcarom seeds
  5. to t salt
  6. For stuffing
  7. 1 bowlgram flour
  8. 2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspdry mango powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspcumin powder
  12. to taste salt
  13. 2 tspghee
  14. As neededoil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    To make kachauri dough in a mixing bowl take flour add Kasuri methi, carom seeds, and salt mix together, add ghee and my nicely to make a crumbly texture, now add little by little water knead it and make a semi-soft dough. cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    In a pan add two tbsp ghee add gram flour roast in the ghee for 2 minutes.on low to medium flame then added all the above spices one by one. Mix all together and roast until the aroma comes. Turn off the flame. Transfer in a plate allows to cool it.

    Take the dough make lemon size balls. Take one ball flattened on your palm. Fill the prepared masala in middle and seal the edges. Press lightly. Prepare all the kachauri like this.

    In a kadhai heat the oil on low to medium flame.put some kachauri in hot oil. when the floating on oil flip them and deep fry the kachauri in batches. until they turn golden brown.

    Serve hot.
