For yakhni......add water onion (coriander seeds,ground spices, Zeera) in a potli...green chillies red chilli, ground spices,salt Ginger garlic paste boil them well when the water left 4 cups add chicken and one boil.chicken stock is ready....

Fry the onion until golden brown.add Ginger garlic paste ground spices Zeera, fenalseeds and bay leaf.

Now add(chicken stock)onion green chillies and yogurt mix well until the oil separates

Now add chicken and whole chicken stock after one boil add rice salt cooked in high flame until the water is dry add yellow food color and kewra accence.low the flame for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fry onion and mint leaves serve with salad and raita
