10-12broad beans
2 tbspmustard seed paste(yellow and black)
1 tbsppoppy seed paste
1 tspturmeric powder
1 tspsalt
2green chilli
2 tbspmustard oil
1 pinchsugar

Wash and cut broad beans

Make a paste of mustard seed and poppy seed

Heat a kadai with oil and fry broad beans with salt and turmeric powder, green chili

Add a little pinch of sugar

At the last step add mustard and poppy seed paste

Serve it hot by adding half tsp mustard oil.
