Fried Masala Prawns

An easy dish that can be done so very quickly with Prawns. It's a perfect way to enjoy crisp and crunchy Prawns. The spices can be according to one's own choice and liking. These are medium sized Prawns that I have used here. Jumbo Prawns also work quite well with this. I have marinated them a little bit with the same spices as mentioned for little spice and taste. You can leave them as it is and just dip in the batter and fry. I had served them for Dinner with some Baked Garlic Bread alongside. This is the best combination ever for my family. Simple and easy choice for a lovely meal with our families. Let's get started.
