Steps

Take ghee in Kadai.
Fry dhik in it till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Take it out and crush it with both hands.
Then roast urad dal in it.
Check out it should become brown in light in colour and oil should come out from it.
Then side by side melt jaggery in kadai. - 2
Add this melted jaggery to roasted urad dal powder.
Add adadiya masala/tea masala and dry fruits.
Add dhik and mix it well.
Give it desired shape.
Our adadiya is ready to it now.
