Collect all ingredients, chop jaggery into pieces n keep aside.

Heat water n add jaggery into it n boil to make a syrup.Heat ghee in a pan.

Put suji n rajgira flour in ghee.Roast on slow flame till its cooked n is little brown in colour.
- 4
Switch off flame n add jaggery syrup slowly.Stir nicely then switch onbthe flame n cook on slow flame till water is absorbed, its like sheera if you like thick halwa you can reduce the water by 1/4cup.This halwa or sheera taste best with desi ghee in same quantity but you can remove after cooking n use in next halwa but dont reduce quantity.
