Grease a thali (tray) with ghee.heat ghee in a kadhai on medium flame.add the flour,roasted till golden brown, fragrance.Remove from heat and set aside till it becomes luckwarm.

Slice the jaggery,slice the almond and Pistachios.Add the jaggery to the roasted flour and mix well.Add cardamon powder.mix all welltill the jaggery melts.

Transfer the mixture into greased thali (tray).Grease plams and spread the mixture on the thali.Garnish with sliced almonds,pistachios and sprinklr fennel seeds on the top.press with spoon and cut into desired shapes.now Gur papdi ready.
