Take about 1 cup of white unpolished sesame seeds, clean it properly

Chop about 1 cup of Jaggery.

In a kadhai, dry roast the sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.

Now in the same kadhai, transfer the chopped Jaggery and let it melt. Stir continuously. Cook on low flame.

Once the Jaggery is completely melted add the roasted sesame seeds. Mix well.

Switch off the flame. Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or a burfi tray.

Cut them into desired shapes and enjoy
