Greese your baking tin before doing anything

Mix the sugar and margarine together until sugar cristal disappears

Add the eggs one at a time as you mix well

Add your flour slow by slowly to for a dough

Add the milk to make the dough better untill you obtain a nice dough in consistency when you drop it

Place into different bowls depending on the food color you have

Ensure your jiko is ready with the sand heated well

Place your greesed baking tin onto the heated sand and pour your mixture one at a time according to your own choice of arrangement

Do not stir for the colors will come out well arranged

Check using your knife if it is ready by placing the knife up to the end of the baking tin,if it comes out clean then your cake is ready but if the dough sticks on the side of the knife then it's not yet ready

You can coat it with cream if you want to then let it cool first
