Boil macaroni with salt and water.

When it becomes soft, drain and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok put finely chopped onion, and fry till pink in color.

Add chopped veggies.

Add chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add boiled macaroni, tomato sauce, and herbs and mix well.

Cook on high flame for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Mash boiled potatoes with a masher and add bread crumbs.

Now add soaked soya granules, chili powder, garam masala powder, chat masala, and salt.

Mix all well and make tikkis.

Shallow fry this tikkis in a nonstick pan with 2 tsp oil.

Cut buns from the middle and toast in a pan.

Apply tomato sauce on both sides of buns and keep tikki on one side.

Spread cooked macaroni on tikkis, put onion slice, tomato slice, and lettuce.

Pour the mayonnaise and keep another piece of the bun on it and enjoy this fusion burger.
