Crispy Bhakri

Crispy Bhakri
Steps
- 1
Take flours, salt and Cummin seeds and mix then add ghee and mix..then the warm water (just enough warm)...add little at a time and make it into soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes or so.

- 3
Now heat the tawa on low flame, this bhakri has to be cooked on low flame so that the inside also gets cooked because it's quite thicker than our normal roti. Take a small dough and roll it out (I didn't require any dry flour), you can either do individually or many at one go and cut into into your desired size...I used a glass to cut it into 2-2.5 inches Mini Bhakri.

Put it on the tawa and flip either sides and cook first (don't overcrowd the tawa)then apply ghee and cook it by pressing with either a steel flat spatula or a wooden Bhakri presser till it becomes Crispy and reaches the desired colour and gets cooked. You can have with dal, curry or even with tea. Enjoy !!!
