This is a pasta I've made for a long time that my kids love.
This is so simple, you just have to toss the ingredients together. Garnish with nori seaweed if you prefer.

Remove the sack of the tarako and mix with butter and lemon juice. Boil the pasta. Finely julienne the shiso leaves and soak in water. Squeeze out the moisture.

Add the boiled pasta to Step 1 and mix together. Transfer to a plate and garnish with shiso leaves.
