BRINJAL GRAVY for biryani

Steps

Take the pan and pour the oil.fry the brinjal till golden brown take a side.

Take pan add oil and jeera seed. Add onion ginger garlic paste and tomato one by one.

Add water and cook.after cooking add nuts powder chilli and add tamarind paste.and salt
- 4
Finally add fried brinjal and cook well.once oil is come out the dish is ready.
