Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • 2onion
  • 1/2 cupbeans
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 2carrot
  • 1tomato
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1 tspginger
  • 4-5 tbspoil
  • 1bay leaf
  • 4cloves
  • 1 tspcumin seeda
  • 1/2 tspturmeric
  • as your tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1/2garam masala
  • 2 tbspcurd
  • 1/3 tspfennel seeds
  • as requiredSome Black pepper seeds
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tspbiryani masala

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take bowl add Some water.

  2. 2

    Now add buy leave, cloves, fennel seeds, black pepper seed, oil, salt and some lemon in the water and boil it.

  3. 3

    Now add rice and boil it until they cook nicely.

  4. 4

    After cook rice take it out and wash it with cold water make sure not to be over cooked your rice.

  5. 5

    Now take a pan add oil keep warm it.

  6. 6

    Now add garlic, ginger and green chillies soute it.

  7. 7

    Now add onion and all veggies into pan.

  8. 8

    Now add salt, turmeric, coriander powder and mix it well.

  9. 9

    Now cook your Veggies until they are soft.

  10. 10

    Now add curd and biryani masala. Mix te and cook for a minute.

  11. 11

    Now add your boiled rice and mix it well.

  12. 12

    Now your veg. Biryani is ready to eat.
