Take a cooker add cardamom, cloves, bay leaves and chinnamon cook few minutes and then add onion it will turn out golden colour. Then add ginger garlic paste cooked till the raw smull goes out.

Then add mint, coriander leaves and tomatoes till mashed. And then add all masala powder and water cooked few minutes.

Then add all vegetables cooked few minutes and then add curd and salt mix well.

Soacked basmati rice with 600 ml water in 20 minutes and then add into the cooker put 3 whistle in medium flame. Vegetable Biryani ready to serve.
