Simple Rice Pilaf in the Microwave

It was so hot and I didn't want to make anything, but I had to do dinner so I decided to just throw something together with what I had in the fridge.
I made this recipe on the fly so there aren't really any tricks to it. I made this pilaf for my daughter so if you want it to taste lighter or stronger, please adjust the amount of soup stock you put in. If you're using fresh vegetables it's probably better to cook them for longer in the microwave, or cook them in a frying pan beforehand. Recipe by sneeuw

Steps
- 1
Slice the wieners and add them to a heat-resistant bowl with the vegetables. Cover the bowl with cling film and heat it up for 3 minutes in the microwave.
- 2
Add the rice to the bowl as well, along with a crushed soup stock cube and some salt and pepper. Lightly mix everything together, cover it with cling film, and then put it back in the microwave for 2 more minutes.
- 3
While the rice is still hot, add the butter or margarine and mix it in. If you feel that the taste is still a little weak, adjust it with some salt and pepper.
