  • 2 kgCarrot
  • 450 gramssuger
  • 1 litrefull cream milk
  • some dry fruits
  • 209 gramsMawa

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take carrots wash it and peal of and grate

    Add in open pan and add milk.

    Let it simmer till it gets tender then low d flame and let it cook till the milk gets absorbed.

    Now add sugar and dry fruits along with Mawa and let it roast.
