In a bowl take it out all the pwder of Gulab Jamun then thoroughly add milk/water and make a soft dough the dough should be soft knead the dough for at least 10 mins there should be no cracks then cover it.

Now take a pan add sugar and water and make a sugar syrup till the sugar dissolve it..the syrup should not 1 taar it should like a stick after then add cardamom powder and switch off the flame and cover it.

Now take a pan add oil/ghee then fry your gulab jamuns on medium flame till it golden brown after then immediately pour in the hot chasni for at least 10-15 mins. so that Gulab Jamun soaked it and it becomes juicy and soft

After then take it out and serve delicious Gulab Jamun is ready to eat
