Jowar Bhakri

Take jowar flour in a bowl.

Add salt & warm water to make a dough.

Take a small portion & roll it like a chapati using dry flour as required. Can be done with help of hand also.

Now heat a tawa. Place bhakri on it, cook it for some time. When you see little bubbles on it change the side & cook it again.

When it is cooked from both the sides cook it directly on gas flame from both the sides.

Apply ghee on it & your healthy and nutritious bhakri is ready to be served. Serve it any chutney, vegetable or curry.
