  • 250 gbutton mushrooms
  • As neededolive oil

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 90°C.

  2. 2

    Slice mushrooms as thin as possible. I used a mandoline cutter. It can be rough.

    Drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil.

  4. 4

    Bake for 20-30 minutes until your ideal crispness. Check every 5-10 minutes.
