Preheat the oven to gas mark 5

In a bowl place the dried pumpkin seeds.

Splash a good helping of sunflower oil on the seeds with the salt, pepper and mixed spice
- 4
Then transfer to a baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes.they should look golden once they are done. Best eaten straight away
