Take wheat flour in a bowl add salt, one tsp oil mix well add coriander leaves, and gradually add water knead it and make a soft dough. Cover and keep it for rest for ten minutes.

Make medium size balls from the dough. dusting little flour and roll it a thin roti, put one cheese slice in middle spread some grated mozzarella cheese, fold from one side another side. press well then fold it from the bottom and upsides and give a square shape. Press lightly with hands.

Heat a Tawa place the paratha on tawa cook it on the medium flame when one side has done flip it. Apply little oil and cook both sides.
