Whisk the buttercream untill it is fluffy again.

Break in the egg and whisk.

Add the flour, salt and baking soda

Mix and knead the dough

Wrap the dough in a cling film and keep in the fridge for an hour.

Flour a flat surface and roll the dough, cut into different shapes using a cookie cutter.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes
