As we all know millets are super food. They have all the required nutrients for our body. We turn down to include millets in our food rack. Our younger generation is gradually in denial mode to adopt millet recipes.

There are two kinds of Ragi --finger millet and pearl millet. In my state Odisha, ragi is popular and cultivated regularly. In Odia it is known as 'mandia'. I have prepared here masala chilla with ragi flour. It is tasty and flavoured.
