In a clean bowl add fine sugar, light brown sugar and oil in it.

Now add eggs (eggs should be at room temperature) and vanilla essence and mix well.

Mix until mixture turns in lighten colour. Then add milk gradually and mix the well.

Sift plain flour, cocoa powder, Baking powder and baking soda and mix well.

Now mix the wet mixture into dry ingredients gradually and mix.

After mixing (till there are no lumps) then add hot water and mix immediately till combined. Pour the mixture into loaf tin about ¾. (Grease the tins with oil/butter and set butter paper in it)

And the remaining batter into another mould. (This is for chocolate truffles). Bake at 180° for 30-35 minutes. (Insert a toothpick to check, if it's comes out clean then it's perfectly done)

Let it out the cakes from oven and cooled them completely. (Discard butter paper)

(Yumm 😋) now apply Nutella (or any chocolate spread) on the top of the loaf.

Place the chocolate loaf in the fridge for 15 minutes. And crumble the remaining chocolate cake and mix Nutella 2 tbls into the crumbles and make equal sized balls.(place them in to fridge for 30 minutes)

Take white chocolate and chopped into small pieces about ½ cup. Now melt the white chocolate at the double boiler (add water in a saucepan and place little glass bowl on the simmering water and put white chocolate in it).

Add chocolate truffles (should be chill) into white melted chocolate one by one and put them into wire wrack, sprinkle coconut and brown sugar when they cooled they all set. Place the Truffles on the chocolate loaf.

Extra garnish with chocolate shavings and Truffles. 😋 Yummy & tasty chocolate brownie Truffle loaf is ready to serve.
