Ingredients

17 minutes
2 dozen
  1. 2 1/4 cupsoats
  2. 1 cuppumpkin puree
  3. 1/2 cupmaple syrup
  4. 1 tbspvanilla extract
  5. 3 tbspcoconut oil, melted (or 4 tbsp almond butter)
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  9. 1/2tsb salt
  10. 1tsb cinnamon
  11. 1/2 cupdark chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

17 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Use a food processor to mix all ingredients except chocolate chips

  3. 3

    Once mixed just fold in the chocolate chips

  4. 4

    Using cupcake liners for a cupcake tray, place a heaping tbs of the mix into each

  5. 5

    Bake for 17 minutes
