Ingredients

  1. 225 gramsfinely sliced meat
  2. 2table spoon soya sauce
  3. 2table spoon olive oil
  4. 2table spoon lemon
  5. stickcinnamon
  6. Red dried pepper
  7. pinchCumin
  8. pinchcrashsed black pepper
  9. pinchcoriander
  10. 4cherry tomatoes or more as you like
  11. halfcold red pepper more if you like
  12. 2garlic cloves or garlic powder
  13. small slice of fresh ginger

  1. 1

    Mix the meat with oil, lemon, soya sauce, garlic, ginger, dried pepper, cinnamon stick add other spice powder leave the meat in refragirater as long as you can or overnight

    Get it out of refragirater add the tomato and the red pepper.

  3. 3

    Put in the oven on 180 to 200 minutes or until done

    Serve it with salad, chips and sandwich or bred as in picture.
