In a bowl add millet flour and yogurt. Whisk them together.

Add in chopped green fenugreek, coriander leaves, and all spices along with ginger-green chili paste.

Add white sesame and Asafetida and mix well.

Add little baking soda in the end and heat up a pancake pan.

Grease the pan a little.
Now sprinkle some sesame seeds on the pan and pour the batter in each indent. - 6
Lower the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Sprinkle some more sesame seeds over each pancake before turning them to cook from the other side.

Once done take them out on a plate And serve hot chamchamiya with pickle or any chutney.
