  • 2 glassRice
  • 1 cupsoaked chana dal
  • 4 glasswater
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1sliced onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Take rice pan and heatup the oil. Add cumin seeds and sliced onion roast till lite brown.

  2. 2

    Add rice and dal.mix it well.
    Add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Cover the lid and cooked rice and dal till soft.

  4. 4

    Khichadi is ready to eat. Garnish with coriander leaf and curd.
