Ingredients

30 min
  • 1 cupflour
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 5 tbspice cold water
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 3 cubesprocessed cheese

    Mix everything and make semi-stiff dough with ice-cold water.

    Keep aside for 15 mins.

  3. 3

    Roll into a thick chapati and cut into small squares.

    Deep fry on medium hot oil.
