5 cupssteam rice (I use jasmine)
8 tbsketchup
1 tspsesame oil
1 tspfish oil
1 tspoyster sauce
5 pcsgarlic minced
1 cupchicken dice
1/2 cupshimps mince
1 tspsalt
1 tspsugar
1 tspmushroom stock
1 tspvegetable oil
1 tspred thai chili
Green onion
Garnish
Fried egg, fried shallot and cucumber or salad

Add vegetable oil to a pan. Place garlic there, saute till smell good. Add chili, shrimps and chicken till perfectly cooked. Add steam rice and all sauces.
