In a pan heat oil and add black pepper jeera and cardamom and cinnamon. Saute for a while.

Now add chopped onions. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes than add ginger garlic paste. Add tomatoes cashew nuts and salt cook for 5 minutes.

Add spices and cook till the tomatoes get mushy.

Cool down it to room temperature and transfer it to grinding jar. Grind to a smooth puree.

Strain the puree and keep it aside Heat a pan add green chilli ginger and satue for a minute. Add paneer cubes and shallow fry until golden brown.

Now add the puree and mix jentally without breaking the paneer.Pour some fresh cream and fresh chopped Coriander and kasoori methi. Shahi paneer is ready to be served.
