Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspmaida
  2. 1 tbspcorn flour
  3. 2 tbspbesan
  4. 2 tbspsoji
  5. 2 tbspbeetroot juice
  6. 1-2 cupCauliflower
  7. as per tasteAll spices
  8. as per tastesalt
  9. as per tasteJain schezwan sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the flour and chili, salt to taste. Mean time you par boil cauliflower.

    Now, take beetroot juice for Red colour and add this to the flour mixture. mix this well. Add cauliflower to it.

    Marinate cauliflower and leave this for 5 to 10 min. Heat oil in kadai. On medium flame.

    On medium flame fry this Marinated cauliflower. Deep Fry for crispy and mouth watering outcome.

    Cool down this pakode. In pan take oil and gajar and beetroot. And saute this.

    Then add jain schezwan sauce and saute. Then add fry crispy cauliflower.

  7. 7

    Cook this on pan for 5 minute and surve with Tomato sauce.
