Mix all the vegetables into a bowl add vinegar, black pepper and salt and mix it

Now take a bowl add ketchup mayo chilli sauce and a pinch salt and red chilli mix it very well for a good texture of sauce

Heat a pot add chicken 2 tbsp water,ginger garlic paste and salt and cover it until chicken tender

After 7 to 8 minutes add red chilli and tikka masala and give a good mix and then add desi ghee mix well

Cover it for 5 minutes and chicken is now ready

Cool it and then cut into small pieces

Fry pita bread in a drop of oil from both sides

Now assemble first spread sauce then vegetables and then chicken.

Now fold it and enjoy.
