Ingredients

10 minutes
4-5 servings
  • 1 cupdesiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cupcondensed milk
  • 1/4 tspcrushed cardamom
  • as neededFew drops red food color
  • 1/4 tsprose water
  • As neededSome chopped pistachios for garnishing

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, roast coconut for a few minutes.

    And add 1/4 cup condensed milk mix well making sure the coconut gets wet completely.

    Futher add rose water and mix it well.

    Now add 2-3 drops of red food color. Combined well.

    Also add crushed cardamom and switch of the stove.

    Cool the mixture for 10 minutes or till they lightly cool down.

  7. 7

    Further prepare peda and garnish with chopped pistachios.

    Finally, instant milkmaid rose peda ready to serve and store in a airtight container for a week.
