Cooking Instructions

Prepare your mashed potatoes. I used this brand and made with butter and milk like suggested on the package. Layer potatoes in pan.

Pour corn on top of potatoes.

Layer chicken on top of corn.
- 4
Pour gravy over chicken.
- 5
Top with cheese and bake on 350° for about 15 mins or until warm and cheese is melted.

All done! Enjoy!

Ive been on a strict diet and became weary of spending money daily for lunch. Found this recipe on pinterest and its delicious and easy. Taste more like kfc with bone in chicken...but use skinless breast for less fat. I recommend using coconut oil spray vs olive oil!
