Mix rava, curd and water and keed it aside for 30 minutes.

Keep ready veggies chopped and grated.

In a pan add oil, once oil is hot then add chana daal, moong dal and wait till it turns little golden.

Now add mustard seeds.

Then add curry patta. Add turmeric powder Then veggies like carrot and French beans. Add salt and mix.

Cook for 2 minutes. Now add this mixture into rava batter. Add little salt and soda.

Grease idli plate and cook in idli vessel for 15 minutes.

Serve with aloo sagu and coconut chutney!!!!
