I have prepared this many times but I gave it a extra spice with tandoori masala and it was more delicious in taste. I was in jiffy so I couldn’t capture its steps pictures but here’s the recipe step by step anyone can give it a try .

Firstly wash & chop 2 inch pieces for chicken 65 let’s marinate this chicken with all the above-mentioned ingredients except oil cover it & let it rest for 15 minutes in freezer

Besides preheat oil in Kadai add generous amount of oil while it’s hot set the flame to medium and drop each piece in it without overlapping it. Don’t touch it immediately after dropping in oil the coating may leave. Let it fry for 3 minutes then flip it similarly fry until golden both sides remove all on a paper towel

Now pop all chicken in a bowl & do the tempering with curry leaves,green chili’s,cumin seeds,1 tablespoon oil then pop it all over chicken mix it well & serve it as a delicious starter.
