Dry roast the gram in pan for 4min

Then,put oil in pan and mustard seed,cumin seeds and spluttering.

Add onion pieces in it and saute and add mung dal in it and again saute with turmeric powder and salt.

Then add coriander powder in it and add water and start to boil until the gram is not boli 70%.

When the water 50%dry then add rest masala powder in it and mix.

Then add french beans in it and boil for 5 mins after add some lemon juice.

Lastly add coriander and onion leaves in it with ghee and make a dry and healthy mung beans and serve with paratha.
