3 Minute Fried Rice

This "simple is best" flavor is what my son loves most.
Even if you don't completely dissolve the Weipa, the flavor will blend in with the egg and rice. Recipe by Moechin

Steps
- 1
Beat the egg well. Add the Weipa to the egg. (It's okay if it's in a clump.) Heat a frying pan and add the olive oil. Pour in the egg.
- 2
On high heat, use chopsticks to stir around the egg while breaking apart the Weipa. Once the egg is half cooked, add the rice. Cook the rice while breaking it apart.
- 3
Once it becomes crumbly, add the leek. Taste and season with salt and pepper (not listed) to finish.
- 4
Top with black pepper for an adult flavor that goes well with beer.
- 5
I used assorted grain rice for the main photo. The color isn't very nice, but the taste is not affected.
