Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread

I wanted to make bread in a bread maker using healthy ingredients!! So I used amazake instead of sugar, omitted unnecessary ingredients and made this using simple ingredients.
-When adding the rice and rye flour, pour in the center to make into a mountain.
-Add the amazake, salt, and water to the corners of the case not to disturb the flour mountain.
-If you try to cut the bread while it's still warm, it'll basically be like mochi, it'll stick to the knife and you won't get a clean cut. Recipe by Kesami mama

Steps
- 1
Place the rice and rye flour in the bread maker.
- 2
Put the amazake, salt, and water in the corners of the case.
- 3
Create a cavity at the top of the flour mountain and add the olive oil there (it's okay if it flows out!).
- 4
Start baking on the "rice flour / no wheat flour" course (if available).
- 5
Remove from the case once it finishes baking. Wait until it's completely cooled before cutting, and use a small bread knife, warmed, for the best cut.
