I think of this dish in cold winter day also fishing season! You can use any fish is this dish but I recommend white fishes! (Even though I used salmon :X thats all I had at the time) enjoy! :)

Ingredients

  1. 1fish
  2. 2crabs
  3. 1 dozenshrimp
  4. 1 bunchwatercress
  5. 1/2onion
  6. 1/2 packagestofu
  7. 1 smallchopped radish
  8. 1 bunchenoki mushrooms
  9. 1 tbspminced garlic
  10. 2 tbspfinely grounded dry red pepper
  11. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  12. 1 tbspsalt

  1. 1

    Add about 5 cups in a pot with a lid

  2. 2

    Add grounded red pepper, garlic, salt, soy sauce, radish, onion

  3. 3

    Bring to boil

  4. 4

    Add fish (I prefer chopped whole fish with head for broth), all the seafood stack it nicely, cover lid

  5. 5

    When the seafood is almost cooked add watercress (you can put alot cus they wither down alot!), tofu, enoki mushrooms, cover lid bring to boil

  6. 6

    Add salt to taste
