1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar (about 60 ml)

Slice the onion and lightly coat the chicken pieces in flour.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet and sauté the onion. Add the sugar and balsamic vinegar, and cook for about 10 minutes.
