Quick French beans and potato sabji

In a pressure, pan takes oil, and heat it. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds to it.

When mustard seeds crackle add carom seeds and sesame seeds to it.

Now add all the dry spices and roast them a little in oil for a while.

Now add the chopped french beans and potatoes to it and mix it.

Now add the peanut powder to it and add 1/2 cup water mix everything well.

Now cover the pressure pan and place a whistle on it and cook for 2 whistles and keep on low flame for 5 minutes.

When the pressure releases open the pressure pan and serve the quick French beans sabji with roti or paratha.
